Origami & The Art of Paper Folding

Explore the possibilities of paper! Over eight weeks, paper artist Linda Stephen will share step by step how to fold papers to make origami flowers, animals, cards, baskets, boxes, art landscapes, and geometric sculptures. We will also learn about Japanese paper arts. Class ends with a culminating reception for friends, family, and the community.
This class is designed for beginners. If you can fold a piece of paper in half, you have the basic paper folding skills needed.
About the instructor: Paper artist and author Linda Stephen has taught origami to thousands of people ages 3 to 97. Her art has won national and regional awards and is part of collections around the world. See more at LindaStephen.com.
